While looking for houes in real life, we saw a house very similar to this one. We loved it but sadly the house has a very expensive,nightmarish... HOA, we also are not willing to put up with their demands. Therefore, we decided to keep looking. Regardless, I decided to make it on the sims. I left plenty of space to make your own room rooms.
