Here we have 5 Sim Lane, from The Sims 1. This was the original home of Mortimer and Bella Goth, along with their daughter, Cassandra. Some theorize that Mortimer's memories in The Sims 2, "Fire!" and "Burned Food" indicate that he had accidentally burnt this house down, and that is why they moved into the home you see in The Sims 2.
