The #Grand Witch is in charge of all the witches. This is her home and meeting place for all witches. She has a #Boo Brew Room in the basement where she brews her elixirs to make the #Ghosts stop saying BOO! (It also has quite an effect on your Sims). Remember to drink in moderation.
