I hate that the gallery literally captures this build in the worse possible angle, it doesn't look cute on the picture, but I actually try to make a little cute beach shop. I build this one for my crafter sim but you can also turn this into souvenir shop. The second floor is for divers, so I imagine they also has rental gear for any divers that come visit.
