This was originally going to have two flats (apartments, whatever you call it) but I'm lazy and also it was getting pretty expensive so I settled for one flat. The bottom floor is a lobby/party area with a bar and jukebox and all that, then the actual flat has one bedroom, bathroom, a TV area and a kitchen.
