This is a recreation of me and my wife's apartment as a house here in Miami! The pet items can easily be swapped out for a dog if you's like. One bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a small den which can be converted into a small bedroom or office, simple kitchen with stacked washer/dryer.I also built it on a rather small lot so with a bigger lot= more space!
