This house is a fully furnished and landscaped home geared toward gardening/floral arranging and cooking/entertaning. It was built on the #FernPark lot in #Newcrest as part of my ongoing effort to furnish all of Newcrest for my sims games. Coming in at 60k simoleans, it is not a starter home.
