This is what in MX we call a "Quinta" (kint-ah), it is sort of a Country house but instead of raising animals it is 4 huge parties or just 4 the weekend. There is another Tiny house 4 a sim to water the plants. The house is meant to be unplugged but sims are currently living there and I HAD to buy electronics.
