This cottage home could be perfect for a sim starting out or a small family, whatever you decide!! This was made by scratch by myself and is the first house i've ever created. On the first floor we have the hallway, the dining room, the kitchen, the living room, the study and a bathroom. On the second floor we have two bedrooms and a playroom or a third bedroom if you'd like, there is also a bathroom on this floor.
