It starts as a wine cellar/lab area for botany, after a few security doors turns into a basement for a secret agent with a jail cell (working). It's currently furnished for 2 babies, 2 toddlers, 2 kids, 2 teens and 2 adults. If you add cats, make sure to put a litterbox & food bowl on every floor, it's too spread out for their AI.
