This house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also an out house/ guest house at the back of the house which 2 sims could live in. I have decored the home to suit 2 teenage girls and a child boy and 2 adults. The garden has a pool with sunbeds and a patio area with tables and chairs.There is also a hot-tub, basketball court and plenty of room for more kids toys and equiptment!!!
