Here is another home I made that is based off of a house where I live currently. This one is very decorated but I still think it is pretty cheap for how nice it is. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs all decent sized. It has 4 full bathrooms, 2 with showers, one with a bath and one with a shower bath.
