This is my Park Avenue Penthouse meant for the Decades Challenge, year 1910-1920. Lot needs to either be on Torendi Tower Penthouse lot or have the Elevator Anywhere mod like I do. The mod will allow for elevators on residential lots. I placed it on the Arts Gallery Lot in the Arts District. Has 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. 1 bedroom meant for the Butler.
