This is a dorm complex made of containers. It has a basement with laundry, exercise, and study rooms. There are actually 12 bathrooms, with 4 being off the exercise rooms. I set type to residential to remove enrolled student requirement but it meets University Housing reqs if you want to change the type. The lot has green footprint.
