This apartment building is based on a building is based on one I saw in the background of Newcrest and I felt it needed to be recreated to be made playable. There are 4 apartments and can sleep up to 8 sims (depending on relationship since its 4 double beds). each apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and seperate bedroom.
