This dump at #theoldmill was turned into a #tiny #tinyhome #container build. It is 2bed/2bath with one of the bathrooms being located out back. It also has a spot mapped out for another container when your sims are ready to expand. Currently it is #offgrid , but you could easily give this lot another trait instead.
