This is a renovation of Tidal Tower modeled after a dorm on my campus. Kinda felt like the Maxis team made too good of a use of space and actually made the rooms the same size. My reno makes some rooms small, some big, and some with just weird shapes. The rest of the build is basically the same as one of my school's dorms.
