A monument of #gentrification. Near San Myshuno's harbor, this old factory building has been repurposed to suck the money out of #hip sims. Lots of black and white, a music studio and gigantic aquarium. The only bit of nature left is on the 1st floor balcony, #concrete just seemed more #trendy. #Renovation - all outdoor walls and most of the brick remain the same
