Built by #railroad financier Gregory Pigulock for his financial headquarters and #warehouse during the early development of #Evergreen Harbor and was eventually declared a #historic landmark. Tina Tinker fell in love with the #industrial look, #concrete floors, #skylights, #elevator shaft & high ceilings and convinced Yasemin to buy the derelict building to convert it into their home and still have plenty of #workshop space for Tina. #simsrebuild #rebuild #bedubbin
