Modern Family House
A modern family house that suits Windenberg. It should probably be on 40x30 lot, but I hate landscaping so it's on this on. It's been fully playtested so I know that everything works. Fitted for toddler use. The bedrooms ar quit large so you could probably split them in half if you want to fit more sims in.
