Converted my 'Retail or Office Space' build into a fabulous Maker Space for my Freelance crafter Sim who is creatively rich but simoleon poor. Play-tested in game - some objects have been resized. The lot is generic so don't expect other visitors. If you wish to draw a crowd it will still function as a different lot type with relevant requirement changes.
