Sul, sul! First of all, I didn't do it all myself: the general layout (the walls' as well) are originally by EA so I just did a HUGE makeover. Community space includes the square (not sure if it's called so ;_;), a DJ stage, a cafe with a sort of 'party roof' thing and also an eco corner.
