Made some edits to the original for better gameplay. Added a basement workshop (or whatever you like) with laundry. Container home style retreat or home for single/couple in Oasis Springs. Features a pool, your own desert fishing hole, chef's kitchen, cozy livin area and a desert landscape. Playtested. I don't use cc or mods in any of my builds.
