Eco Dorms
I tried making cute little appartements / university dorm type houses. It's small but functional. It's made of four identical little houses with their own bathroom& kitchenetteas well as a balcony /outdoor area. There's also a roof communal garden with solar panels & a wind turbine. There's a small gym and laundromat in the basement as well as a recycling area.
