A #cemetery to serve as a resting place for your departed sims, and a quaint and basic home for a single #vampire sim. Since most of the housing is in the #basement, you can easily expand in the future once you get a bit more money! I kept it cheap so you can easily delete/replace a few items to make it afforadble enough to be a starter home, if you wish.
