Built on Willow Creek's Potters Splay. A simple home under 100k. Not too expensive, but also not that cheap. It is possible to live with 8 people in this house. Small bedrooms that fit double beds. Three rooms second floor and one on the 'attic'. Furnishing in these rooms are left minimum. The kitchen is placed on ground level as the rest is built on foundation. There is supposed to be a house built against this house on the right side. Therefore nothing to see there LOL. #simple #compact
