I made a #starterhome! This home was built on Oak Alcove, a lot in #Newcrest. (#oakalcove) and comes in JUST shy of 20k simoleans (lot price included). The house alone is $18,307, as you can see. It features a well equipped #kitchen, small #diningroom, single #bedroom, #bathroom with a #showertubcombo and a very basic #TV and even a #computer! This is everything your single sim needs to get started in life but you're going to need a job or some way to make money soon. :)
