I've turned Waterside Warble’s warehouse into an LGBTQ+ Community Space based on my local one (the Ledward Centre in Brighton UK) - Its so much cuter than the photo's show! Upstairs it's got a cafe complete with busking stand, a convivial work/craft/chat/reading space. Downstairs it's got an art gallery, study room, karaoke room, photography studio, showering facilities, a yoga space, a mini kitchen and a speaker area.
