I built a library and cafe (works as both a library and bar for lot types) on this small 20x15 lot. The outside is a bit sturdy, but the inside is in my opinion very cozy looking! With two fireplaces, several work spaces and tables to enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up with your friends, and plenty of books, this would be a great space for you sims to spend some time. It also includes a little studio apartment on the second floor, so you could also live here if you'd like. #library #communitylot
