Oak Alcove Starter
Used the #OakAlcove lot in #Newcrest to build this #TinyHome #starter. This qualifies at the #smallhome tier, so you'll only get the basic lot perks, but I think it still seems spacious for its size. An open living-kitchen space, a #kidsroom and #onebathroom take up the top floor, but I've put a #masterbedroom in the basement. This starter is #under20k and somehow I've still given you a #computer and even some #skillbuilding and #decor items. Happy with the result of this #familyhome. Enjoy!
