My bad attempt of a limited pack movie theater with small "apartments" on top. Apart of my limited pack builds. I playtested and it worked pretty well, hopefully you have more sims on your lot than i did and it works more than just a lounge so you can change the lot type for your needs. MOVEOBJECTS MUST BE ON.
