Thanks for the #shellchallenge I needed an "everything" lot for my Newcrest save, so I took this #shell and stuffed it full. It's listed as an Arts Center, but can easily be almost any (not gym, spa, retail) #communitylot as it has a ton of stuff. She's not pretty, but she functions for what I needed in my gameplay.
