This is a house for six roommates based on my old student house! It's a strange house, I guess. A house that works better in real life than in the sims hahah! There's no garden but there is a park type area behind the house. There are six small double bedrooms, a small living area and two bathrooms and one half bathroom. Have moveobjects on.
