Welcome to Little Sims Starter Homes! I have created a playable cemetary for Sims. If you put the headstone/urn in your inventory you can "put in world" here. Then come back in and put them where you'd like. I have tried it and Sims will mourn. I haven't seen any ghosts, however, it was close to Sims morning when i tried it.
