This lot used to be a dump used by homeless sims for shelter, until a crafty civil designer decided to take matters into their own hands. After petitioning the community for help, the civil designer and a team of good simaritans set to work renovating the lot, turning old shipping containers into homes for the homeless sims, and furnishing them using refurbished and recycled items from the dump.
