I am a huge fan of the original build by @YorkieOrigin. However, I wanted to play around with the idea of UBrite completely renovating one of their old dorms in order to compete with Foxbury. The interior was completely redone with room for up to 12 students, a variety of room styles and plenty of fun activities. I hope you enjoy playing with this!
