Plumbob Community College
A library with a few skill building rooms for charisma, logic, rocket science, and a computer lab. Simple and perhaps a little more fun than skill building at home. I liked the idea of making it a community college, where sims can go and pick up some skills at a "night class" or hang out learning during the day.
