For centuries the #island in #BrindletonBay with the #lighthouse has been used as a #cemetery. #Pets were buried there and from 1700 the people of Brindleton Bay started to bury their loved ones in this place. The old #mausoleum for the Mayor of Brindleton Bay (1780) and the monument for his #dog still remain. Of course the sailors that passed in the big storm of 1886 are also buried here. There is also a place for travelers to visit the toilet and have a bite to eat. The dead don't mind.
