Alpha Phi Omega Frat House. Room enough for 9 students to lay their head. I chose to mismatch rooms and furniture on purpose, as I would assume each student would add to the house over time. There is a bowling alley which I'm confident is not funtional lol. A gym, hot tub, outdoor sauna, 2 fire pits and barbecue area, horseshoes, and all the TVs boys could want!
