Small starter home that is somehow very expensive hahhaa, it is inspired by almost a hippe kinda style because of all the colors and the dark wood. Its also made for a sim that likes to plant things and a pear tree and cherry tree are included (at least I think it is those two it might be some other kinds but two trees) one is located next to the seating are by the flowering table and the other one is on the balcony upstairs.
