This housing is perfect for university students who don't want to live on campus, but still want to live with fellow classmates. The main building holds a communal kitchen, dining table, and lounge. Each student lives in their own private dwelling, which includes a bedroom and bathroom. Personally, I have made each space to fit a different sim.
