A small communal living space with container houses. The lot has 4 "units" that each have a small kitchen, a small bathroom and a small bedroom. All furnishing are intentionally kept a little sparse so there's room for more decoration and improvement. The 5th unit is a communal container with crafting stations and a small indoor hangout area.
