Absolutely no purpose, just an idle build while bored, then wanted to see how many paint colors there were, then wanted to see if there were enough paint colors, so I tried to match up LGBT flag colors to paint colors. It pretty much only has bathrooms, on lvl 1 and lvl 3, walls and stairs right up through the center from bottom to the top.
