I've still not ever played a club house and don't know what goes into one, so this is unfurnished except for the bathrooms. It's divided into two separate units, each with a top floor balcony/patio, two rooms, and a basement level with indoor screening room and a larger community-type room. Two bathrooms for each on the top, in the basement, and on the ground floor. They can access one another by catwalk or lock each other out. #nocc #unfurnished #club
