I decided to make a disgusting apartment building on the #comfycubby lot in #newcrest . Use a roommate mod or the #discoveruniversity roommate system to fill it up. There are 6 onebedroom apartments with lots of water damage, cracks and holes in the walls. Used a lot of #cityliving to make it nasty.
