This is a redecorated Landgraab mansion. I spent ages redecorating this (and it is an expensive build) because it is honestly one of the most unstylish base game builds of sims 4 (in my opinion - sorry!). The layout is still generally the same with the top floor room being made into Nancy's secret office for her secret job (heehee....).
