This is a college dorm for a place with a warm climat because the hallways are outside. It's also heavily inspired by @chubs0203 college dorm along with hotels I've seen in Florida. The first floor has 10 single dorms and two washrooms. Along with a common living, dining and kitchen area with a seperate study room.
