You can place tombstones on this lot of your sims loved ones so you have somewhere to place them and visit them instead of having them on your lot. This way you can still spend time with them and not have to have a ghost in your sims house. I tried not to make it scary because I wanted it to be a place where the ghost sims could have somewhere nice to spend with loved ones.
