This townhouse from the university pack lacked some nice interior. While I was at it I also thought: "why not make a studenthouse of it?". It made more sense to me to make it a shareable house instead of a one bedroom situation with sooo much space but lack of interior. Now, exterior is not my strongest suite so I only tweaked that a little.
