Pretty big fancy bungalow with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office and a garage, based on a house I always drive past. I build a box but its a cool box! :) The owners love to sail (their boat is in the harbour down the hill) but they never have time. I imagine the kids to be an active teen (loves any sport and can't wait to go to uni) who has to share his/her room with a little sibling. #CCfree
